Job Description
Henley Morgan are currently hiring for a position as a First Line Support Technician to join the team of one of the best SAP Partners across UK & Europe.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Support for both applications and infrastructure products and solutions
- Hardware, operating systems, networking, and other related disciplines
- Responsible for incident logging, agreeing priorities and setting realistic expectations of resolutions with customers, assigning, managing the technicians’ queues
- Maintaining support contracts
You will need:
- At least 2+ years’ experience in a support related and ideally actively working in an IT support environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 Products and Admin console
- Understanding of Microsoft Server & Azure
- Working knowledge of PC/Laptop/Mobile hardware, networking principles and Microsoft Server Operating systems
- A professional and confident manner
Salary:
The salary offered for this role is up to £24,000 which includes other benefits such as bonus, pension schemes, flexible working hours and more!
Location:
This is a hybrid role or remote depending on location. This role is Monday – Friday 37.5hrs.
