Director of Operations
Location: London | Salary: £80,000 - £120,000 (DOE)
Henley Morgan is seeking a dynamic Director of Operations to lead and optimise our client’s logistics, warehousing, and delivery functions in a fast-growing business.
The Role:
Lead a team of 20+ to drive efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance operational strategy.
Oversee logistics, inventory, fleet management, and third-party partnerships for seamless UK and global distribution.
Ensure high standards in product quality, safety, and compliance.
Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
What You’ll Bring:
Proven leadership in logistics, warehousing, and supply chain management.
SAP B1, WMS, and advanced Excel expertise.
Knowledge of UK and global logistics, including import/export regulations.
Health and safety certifications (IOSH Level 3/NEBOSH) are a plus.
