Key Responsibilities
✔ System utilization, installation, and training
✔ Confidently communicate with clients via phone to understand their needs
✔ Assist clients with BEAS or Boyum installations, troubleshooting, and training
✔ Work on systems that require setup, certification, and implementation
What You Need to Succeed
✔ Certified in SAP B1 with experience in Boyum and BEAS
✔ Hands-on implementation experience and a strong technical background
✔ Confident, client-focused, and able to communicate effectively
✔ Available to work 8:30 AM - 5:15 PM ET
