About the role
We are recruiting for an established Acumatica partner in Bristol who needs a Support / AMS Analyst to manage their growing portfolio of managed-service clients. You'll be responsible for resolving day-to-day queries, delivering configuration changes and ensuring Acumatica environments remain stable and aligned with business needs across financials, distribution and project accounting.
This is a role that suits someone who enjoys variety, values client relationships and takes pride in providing clear, reliable support. You'll work alongside implementation consultants and developers, gaining broad exposure to the Acumatica platform while building deep knowledge of how different sectors use cloud ERP. If you're looking for a role where you can make a real impact, apply today.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming support requests from Acumatica clients, troubleshooting issues across modules including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, inventory management and sales order processing
Deliver small enhancements and configuration updates such as customising reports, adjusting workflows, setting up user permissions and maintaining integrations
Act as the primary contact for a defined group of managed-service accounts, building trust and understanding their operational rhythms and business priorities
Coordinate escalations to technical specialists when customisation or development is required, ensuring smooth handover and timely resolution
Maintain accurate documentation of resolutions, support patterns and client-specific configurations to support knowledge sharing and onboarding
Support end-user training sessions and provide guidance on best practice to help clients get the most from their Acumatica investment
What We're Looking For
Experience in an ERP support, AMS or business analyst role, ideally with exposure to cloud platforms such as Acumatica, NetSuite, Sage Intacct or Dynamics 365 Business Central
Solid understanding of core ERP processes including financial close, inventory control, purchasing or order fulfilment, with the ability to connect system behaviour to business outcomes
A calm, structured approach to troubleshooting and the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients who may not be system experts
Comfortable managing multiple priorities across different client accounts and working within SLA-driven managed-service environments
Acumatica certification or hands-on platform experience would be an advantage but is not essential for candidates with transferable cloud ERP skills
Someone who values precision, enjoys solving problems and takes satisfaction from keeping clients productive and confident
What's On Offer
A competitive salary of £32,000 – £45,000 depending on experience, plus performance-related bonus and benefits package
Hybrid working with flexibility to balance office collaboration in Bristol with remote support delivery
Structured support towards Acumatica certification and ongoing platform training as new releases and modules are introduced
Exposure to a diverse client base across sectors including manufacturing, distribution and professional services, with opportunities to develop into senior support or consulting roles
