Acumatica has posted double-digit customer growth for years, and the VAR channel that delivers it simply cannot hire fast enough. Because the platform is younger than its competitors, the pool of consultants with three or more years of real Acumatica delivery is small, and VARs compete hard, and pay well, for every one of them.
The structural premium belongs to Framework developers. Acumatica's SDK is C#/.NET based, which in theory opens a huge developer pool, but in practice production Acumatica customisation experience is what clients pay for, and that remains rare.
