About the role
We're working with an established Acumatica partner in Manchester who needs a Project Manager to join their delivery team. You'll own the end-to-end delivery of Acumatica implementations for clients across manufacturing, distribution and professional services, managing scope, timelines, resources and stakeholder expectations from initial kickoff through to go-live and handover to support.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle for Acumatica implementations, including planning, resourcing, budget tracking, risk management and delivery governance
- Facilitate project kickoff meetings, regular status reviews and steering committee sessions, ensuring clear communication with clients and internal teams
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans using tools such as Smartsheet or MS Project, tracking milestones, dependencies and resource allocation across concurrent engagements
- Manage project scope, change requests and issue resolution, protecting profitability while maintaining strong client relationships and delivery standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including functional consultants, developers, data migration specialists and client stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Monitor project health, budget burn and utilisation, providing early visibility of risks and working proactively to keep implementations on track
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of project management experience in the ERP or business software space, ideally managing implementations of Acumatica, NetSuite, Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP Business One or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of ERP implementation lifecycles including discovery, configuration, data migration, testing, training and go-live support
- Demonstrable experience managing scope, timelines and budgets for client-facing projects, with the ability to balance delivery quality and commercial performance
- Familiarity with project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum or Waterfall, and confidence using tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project or similar platforms
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a calm, methodical approach to managing competing priorities and stakeholder expectations
- Acumatica experience would be a strong advantage, or demonstrable experience with a comparable cloud ERP platform that you can build upon quickly
