SAP Business One
Functional Consultant
The engine room. Module configuration across financials, sales, purchasing, inventory and production, plus the workshops, UAT and training wrapped around it. HANA migration experience moves you from the middle of this band to the top of it faster than another two years' service will.
UK £50k–£66k · US $94k–$127k
Technical Consultant / SDK Developer
Add-ons through the B1 SDK and Service Layer, Crystal Reports, HANA queries, and integration out to e-commerce, WMS and EDI. Runs about 10% ahead of functional pay at every level.
UK £55k–£72k · US $105k–$132k
Implementation / Project Manager
Plan, budget, client relationship, go-live. Partners pay noticeably more for someone who has run full-cycle B1 projects than for a strong IT programme manager who hasn't, and the two are not interchangeable however the CV reads.
UK £61k–£77k · US $105k–$132k
Support Consultant
First to third line, on a partner's managed services desk or inside an end user's own team. The usual way into the ecosystem. Good support people cross to implementation within two or three years, and we push most of them to.
UK £39k–£51k · US $66k–$88k
Pre-Sales / Sales Engineer
Demos, discovery, scoping deals. Half commercial and half technical, which is exactly why partners struggle to hire them. The base below looks high on its own; commission or bonus usually adds another 15 to 30% on top.
UK £61k–£77k · US $110k–$143k
Practice Lead / Head of ERP
A partner practice, or an in-house capability, carrying the P&L. Bands here are base salary only. At most partners the bonus and equity sitting on top vary far more than the base does, so compare offers carefully.
UK £110k–£165k · US $176k–$220k

SAP S/4HANA
Functional Consultant (FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, EWM)
Module specialists across finance, sales, procurement, manufacturing and warehousing. Brownfield conversion experience and cross-module breadth push consultants to the top of each band.
UK £66k–£88k · US $121k–$154k
ABAP / Fiori / BTP Developer
Modern SAP development: ABAP RAP, Fiori/UI5, CDS views and BTP side-by-side extensions. Developers who span the full modern stack earn meaningfully more than classic-ABAP-only profiles.
UK £61k–£83k · US $116k–$149k
Solution / Enterprise Architect
Owns the target landscape: system architecture, integration strategy, data migration approach and clean-core governance. The scarcest profile in the S/4 market and priced accordingly.
UK £105k–£132k · US $176k–$209k
Project / Programme Manager
Runs S/4 workstreams through to full transformation programmes. Delivery track record on SAP programmes specifically, not generic IT, is what the market pays for.
UK £77k–£99k · US $132k–$165k
Basis / Cloud Platform Consultant
Keeps the landscape running: system conversions, RISE with SAP operations, performance and security. RISE and hyperscaler experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) is the current differentiator.
UK £61k–£79k · US $110k–$143k

NetSuite
Functional Consultant
Financials, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory — plus the discovery, UAT, training and handholding around them. What separates the top of this band from the middle is OneWorld and multi-book. Configure single-subsidiary only and you get paid as though that is all you can do.
UK £61k–£83k · US $110k–$149k
SuiteScript Developer
Custom scripts, workflows, SuiteApps — SuiteScript 2.x with the SuiteCloud Development Framework underneath. Best-paid individual contributor job in the ecosystem, and the brief we are asked for most often without being able to fill it.
UK £66k–£94k · US $121k–$165k
Solution / Integration Architect
Designs the whole estate and the plumbing around it: Celigo, Boomi, Workato, Avalara, plus whatever bespoke thing the last team left behind. Usually the technical authority on a partner programme, which makes the job half design and half telling clients no.
UK £99k–£127k · US $176k–$215k
NetSuite Administrator
Owns the platform from inside the business. Saved searches, custom records, provisioning, release management. This is the role whose pay has moved most in the last two years, and administrators have worked out why before most employers did.
UK £50k–£66k · US $94k–$121k
Implementation / Project Manager
Full-cycle implementations, Alliance Partner side or client side. The market does not pay for programme management in the abstract. It pays for the number of NetSuite go-lives you can name and describe.
UK £61k–£79k · US $110k–$143k
Practice Lead / Head of NetSuite
A partner practice or an in-house NetSuite function, with the P&L attached. Bands below are base only — at partner level the bonus structure is where a lot of the real money sits.
UK £132k–£198k · US $220k–$308k
Acumatica
Functional Consultant
Configures Acumatica core and vertical editions, runs discovery, UAT, training across multiple VAR clients a year. Vertical edition depth is the fastest route up the band.
UK £55k–£75k · US $105k–$138k
Framework (.NET) Developer
Builds customisations and integrations on the Acumatica Framework. Proven production customisation experience, not just C# fluency, is what commands the premium.
UK £61k–£79k · US $116k–$149k
Solution Architect
Designs end-to-end Acumatica estates across complex client landscapes: configuration strategy, integration architecture and data migration. The technical authority on larger VAR programmes.
UK £88k–£110k · US $160k–$193k
Acumatica Administrator
Owns the platform inside an end-user business: generic inquiries, custom reports, user provisioning and change requests. A growing seat as the installed base matures.
UK £44k–£61k · US $83k–$110k
Implementation / Project Manager
Runs Acumatica implementations across VAR client portfolios: plan, budget, relationship, go-live. Multi-project Acumatica delivery experience prices ahead of generic ERP PM backgrounds.
UK £55k–£72k · US $105k–$132k
Practice Director / VP Acumatica
Runs a VAR practice or in-house capability with P&L ownership. Bands are base salary; bonus typically adds 20%+ at director level in the US channel.
UK £116k–£165k · US $209k–$286k
Sage Intacct
Implementation Consultant
Designs the chart of accounts and dimension strategy, configures the platform, runs UAT and trains finance teams. Multi-entity delivery experience defines the senior end of the band.
UK £55k–£72k · US $105k–$143k
Technical / Integrations Specialist
Builds integrations through the Intacct API and Marketplace: Salesforce, billing platforms, payroll and expense systems. A short-supply profile as customers wire Intacct deeper into their stacks.
UK £57k–£75k · US $110k–$143k
Solution Architect
Owns multi-entity, multi-currency design across complex estates and the integration architecture around them. The profile UK partners find hardest to hire in 2026.
UK £86k–£108k · US $154k–$187k
Sage Intacct Administrator
Owns the platform inside an end-user finance team: dimension governance, user provisioning, reporting, change requests. A steadily growing seat as the installed base compounds.
UK £42k–£57k · US $77k–$105k
Implementation / Project Manager
Runs Intacct implementations across partner portfolios, typically several concurrent mid-market projects rather than one monolith, which is its own discipline.
UK £55k–£72k · US $99k–$132k
Practice Lead / Head of Sage Intacct
Runs a partner practice or in-house capability with P&L ownership. UK practice leadership pay has jumped as partners compete to build benches.
UK £121k–£176k · US $209k–$286k
Epicor
Kinetic Functional Consultant
Configures Kinetic for manufacturers: production, scheduling, inventory, financials, plus discovery, UAT, training. Deep manufacturing process knowledge is what separates the band's top from its middle.
UK £53k–£72k · US $99k–$132k
Kinetic Technical / Customisation Developer
BPM workflows, BAQs, dashboards, customisations using Kinetic's toolset. Application Studio experience for the browser UI is the current differentiator.
UK £55k–£75k · US $105k–$138k
Prophet 21 Consultant
Implements and optimises P21 for distributors. The talent pool is small relative to the installed base, which keeps P21 pay 5 to 10% ahead of Kinetic at every level.
UK £55k–£75k · US $105k–$141k
BisTrack / Eclipse Consultant
Specialists for building-products and electrical/HVAC/plumbing distribution. The scarcest profiles in the Epicor world; when they move, they set their price.
UK £57k–£77k · US $108k–$143k
Solution Architect
Designs end-to-end Epicor estates: configuration strategy, integration architecture, migration approach. Increasingly the key hire on cloud migration programmes.
UK £86k–£108k · US $154k–$187k
Practice Director / VP Epicor
Runs an Epicor partner practice or in-house capability with P&L ownership. Bands are base salary; US director packages typically add 20%+ bonus.
UK £110k–£154k · US $198k–$264k
Functional Consultant
Configures Odoo's modular suite with Studio and native configuration, runs discovery, UAT, training. Breadth across accounting, inventory and manufacturing modules defines the senior end.
UK £46k–£64k · US $88k–$121k
Technical / Python Developer
Builds custom modules in Python, extends the ORM and writes OWL components. Full-stack modern-Odoo developers are the ecosystem's scarcest technical profile.
UK £53k–£73k · US $101k–$138k
Solution Architect
Designs end-to-end Odoo estates, integration landscapes and version migration roadmaps. The hire that separates partners who scale from partners who stall.
UK £79k–£101k · US $143k–$176k
Odoo Administrator
Owns Odoo inside an end-user business: module management, user provisioning, reporting, change requests. A fast-growing seat as in-house adoption spreads.
UK £40k–£53k · US $75k–$99k
Implementation / Project Manager
Runs Odoo implementations end to end, usually several concurrent mid-market projects. Odoo-specific delivery experience beats generic ERP PM backgrounds on every shortlist.
UK £53k–£68k · US $97k–$127k
Practice Lead / Head of Odoo
Runs an Odoo partner practice or in-house capability with P&L ownership, in the channel where practice-building experience is at its scarcest.
UK £94k–£132k · US $187k–$253k
Dynamics 365 Business Central
Functional Consultant
Configures BC across finance, sales, purchasing, inventory and manufacturing; runs discovery, UAT, training. Manufacturing and advanced warehousing depth command the band's top end.
UK £50k–£68k · US $99k–$127k
AL Developer
Builds extensions in AL, integrates BC with the Power Platform and Azure services, and maintains upgrade-safe customisations. The scarcest profile in the BC channel.
UK £55k–£75k · US $105k–$138k

UK £88k–£110k · US $160k–$193k
Support Consultant
Keeps live BC environments running for partner managed-service desks and in-house teams. The classic entry route into the channel, converting to implementation within two to three years.
UK £38k–£51k · US $68k–$90k
Implementation / Project Manager
Runs BC implementations and NAV migrations end to end across partner portfolios. Multiple full-cycle BC go-lives are the qualification the market pays for.

Runs a partner BC practice or in-house capability with P&L ownership, in the industry's most competitive partner channel.
