2026 Salary Guide
NetSuite Salary Guide 2026
The world's largest cloud ERP ecosystem, and somehow still one of the tightest talent markets we work. Here's what that scarcity pays in 2026.

UK mid-level functional consultant
$110,000 – $148,500
US mid-level functional consultant
$308,000+

The NetSuite market in 2026
The structural problem — and if you're a NetSuite professional, the structural gift — is simple: Oracle sells OneWorld into multi-subsidiary businesses faster than the ecosystem trains implementers. Alliance partners run chronically short of senior functional people. End users, tired of partner dependence, build in-house teams. Both bid for the same small pool. Guess what happens to the price.
SuiteScript carries the sharpest premium, and it's not subtle: 15 to 25% over functional rates for genuinely senior developers, because SuiteScript 2.x depth takes years and the supply never caught up. The quiet story is administrators. Every OneWorld go-live creates a permanent admin seat, admins have noticed, and they now change jobs for rises that used to be consultant territory.
Geography? Matters less here than on any platform we cover. Remote-first is standard across the US channel and increasingly normal in the UK, so these bands apply nationally — London and the coastal US metros just occupy the top of each range rather than a different chart.

Functional Consultant

What separates the top of this band from the middle is OneWorld and multi-book. Configure single-subsidiary only and you get paid as though that is all you can do.

What's moving NetSuite pay
OneWorld expansion
Multi-subsidiary, multi-currency rollouts dominate new sales — and demand exactly the senior consultants who are already the ecosystem's shortest supply.
The SuiteScript shortage
Senior SuiteScript 2.x plus SDF experience stays structurally scarce. We've measured this premium widening through 2025 and 2026, not narrowing. Plan accordingly.
End users building in-house
SaaS scale-ups and PE-backed groups keep bringing NetSuite capability in-house — a second bidder in a market partners used to have to themselves.
Skills that pay a premium
| Skill or credential | Typical uplift |
|---|---|
| SuiteScript 2.x + SuiteCloud Development Framework | +15–25% |
| OneWorld multi-subsidiary implementations | +10–15% |
| NetSuite + Salesforce combined stack | +10–15% |
| Integration platforms (Celigo, Boomi, Workato) | +8–12% |
| Advanced Revenue Management / multi-book | +8–12% |
Where the money is
United Kingdom
London leads on volume and pays 15 to 20% over the regional median, with genuine markets in Manchester, Bristol and Edinburgh. The UK channel is younger than the American one. That is the whole reason pay is climbing faster here than it is there.
United States
The Bay Area, New York metro, Boston, Austin, Dallas, Chicago, Atlanta. Remote-first hiring is standard across the channel though, so a strong candidate in none of those places still commands close to metro money. Of every platform we cover, this is the one where postcode predicts pay least.

Senior SuiteScript contractors and OneWorld leads exceed these ranges. US contract-to-hire is common; UK assignments split between inside and outside IR35.

If you're hiring
What does a NetSuite hire really cost?
The cheapest thing about a good hire is the salary. Under-offer a NetSuite role and you buy three months of empty desk, a re-run search — and usually a higher price second time round. We'll benchmark the role free before you go anywhere near the market, on a permanent or contract basis.
Brief us on the role →If you're job hunting
Are you paid what you're worth?
Find your role and level above. Add whichever premiums you genuinely hold. That's your number — and if your current package sits under it, well, now you know. Browse our live NetSuite jobs or send us your CV for a confidential salary check.
Upload your CV →How we benchmark these numbers
Simple, really: we watch what offers actually close at — our own placements first, cross-checked against the published benchmarks — and we print that. Which lands our bands roughly 10% above the typical advertised median, deliberately. Adverts open low; candidates say yes higher up. Budget from the median and you'll meet your shortlist again in three months, at someone else's offer stage.
NetSuite salary FAQs
What is the average NetSuite consultant salary in the UK in 2026?
£60,500 to £82,500 at mid-level, £82,500 to £104,500 senior, £132,000 to £198,000 and up for practice leads. London sits at the top of each band, though less decisively than you would expect — remote hiring has flattened it.
What does a NetSuite consultant earn in the US in 2026?
$110,000 to $148,500 mid-level, $148,500 to $176,000 senior, and practice directors from $220,000 to $308,000. At the scale-up end there is usually equity on top, and candidates routinely forget to ask about it.
Why do SuiteScript developers earn more than functional consultants?
Because there are not enough of them. A senior SuiteScript developer earns £93,500 to £115,500 in the UK and $165,000 to $203,500 in the US, which is 15 to 25% clear of functional peers at the same level. SuiteScript 2.x depth takes years to build and the ecosystem never caught up on supply. We do not expect that gap to close before 2027.
How much does a NetSuite administrator earn in 2026?
£49,500 to £66,000 mid-level in the UK and $93,500 to $121,000 in the US, with senior administrators on £66,000 to £82,500 UK and $121,000 to $148,500 US. If you are hiring one, note that this is the fastest-moving band we track: a range you set two years ago is now wrong.
