ERP Recruitment in the United States

ERP Recruitment USA

We recruit ERP professionals across the United States, working with partners, VARs and end users nationwide. A specialist ERP practice, not a generalist agency with an ERP desk.

The market

Recruiting ERP talent across the USA

The US ERP market is the largest in the world and, for specialist skills, one of the most competitive. NetSuite alone has a vast installed base across North America, and the Acumatica, Sage Intacct and Epicor channels are all expanding quickly. What has not kept pace is the supply of consultants who genuinely know these platforms.

That gap is where we work. Henley Morgan is a UK headquartered ERP specialist and we recruit into the US market for partners, VARs and end user businesses. Being product specialists rather than generalists means we can tell the difference between someone who has touched NetSuite and someone who has led full cycle implementations, which in a market this competitive is the difference between a shortlist and a waste of your time.

We work across all US time zones with consultants available through US business hours, and we place both permanent and contract professionals. Remote hiring is far more established in the US ERP market than in Europe, which widens the talent pool considerably for most of our clients, particularly outside the major metros.

What to know

How hiring works in the USA

Remote first is normal

A large share of US ERP roles are fully remote, so the practical talent pool is national rather than local. That is a significant advantage when hiring niche skills.

Faster process expected

US hiring moves quicker than the UK. Two week processes are common and strong candidates hold multiple offers, so slow decision making loses people.

Shorter notice periods

Two weeks is standard rather than the one to three months typical in the UK, so US hires can usually start far sooner.

Total compensation matters

Base salary is only part of the picture. Bonus, equity, 401(k) match and healthcare all weigh heavily in how US candidates compare offers.

ERP platforms we cover

Every major ERP platform, recruited across the USA

Indicative USA salary ranges below reflect the roles we place. For role-by-role bands, premium skills and contract rates, see our 2026 salary guides, or talk to a consultant for a precise benchmark.

For employers

Hiring in the USA: what we tell our clients

Move quickly

Strong US ERP candidates are typically in process with several employers. If your first interview is more than a week out, expect to lose people.

State the range

Pay transparency laws now apply in a growing number of states, and candidates across the country expect a stated range regardless.

Be clear on remote

Remote, hybrid or on site changes your candidate pool enormously. Being specific up front saves everyone time. In our experience the US briefs that fill fastest are the ones that say plainly whether the role is remote, and mean it.

Common questions

USA FAQs

Do you recruit across the whole of the United States?

Yes. We recruit ERP professionals nationwide across all US time zones, for permanent and contract roles, working with partners, VARs and end user businesses.

Are you based in the US?

Henley Morgan is headquartered in the United Kingdom and recruits into the US market, with consultants available through US business hours. Being an ERP specialist matters more here than being local, because dedicated ERP recruiters are rare in the US market.

Which ERP platforms do you cover in the US?

All eight ERP platforms we cover: NetSuite, SAP Business One, SAP S/4HANA, Acumatica, Sage Intacct, Epicor, Odoo and Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Can you help with remote hires?

Yes, and we would usually encourage it for niche skills. Remote hiring is well established in the US ERP market and widens the practical talent pool from a single metro to the whole country.
