About the role
We're working with an established NetSuite solution provider with a delivery team in the Phoenix area, which is adding an experienced Project Manager to its implementation practice. You will own NetSuite projects from kick-off to go-live and beyond. You'll work alongside functional consultants, developers and data specialists, and act as the main point of contact for client finance directors, controllers and operations leads. Typical projects cover multi-entity financials, order to cash, procurement and inventory for mid-market businesses.
The pipeline is strong and the client base is varied, so you'll see different industries and project shapes rather than one long engagement. You'll have a real say in how projects are planned, governed and handed over, backed by delivery colleagues who value clear communication and honest status reporting. Key Responsibilities
- Manage NetSuite implementations end to end, from discovery and design through data migration, testing, training and go-live
- Build and maintain project plans, budgets, RAID logs and status reports using tools such as Smartsheet, Jira or Asana
- Act as the day-to-day link between client stakeholders and the consulting and development team, keeping scope, timelines and expectations aligned
- Coordinate workstreams across financials, subsidiaries and multi-entity set-ups, integrations, reporting and user acceptance testing
- Run change control and manage risks and dependencies, escalating early and offering clear options
- Support client adoption through training plans, cutover planning and a well-organised handover into post-go-live support
What We're Looking For
- Around 4–5 years of project management experience delivering ERP or finance systems projects, ideally with NetSuite implementations through to go-live
- A good grasp of accounting principles and how they play out in an ERP, so you can hold a sensible conversation with a finance team
- Practical experience of organisational change, including stakeholder communication, user training and bringing people along when processes change
- A calm, methodical approach, and someone who can provide stability and inspire confidence when a project hits a tricky patch
- Candidates who combine NetSuite delivery experience with a background in sectors such as healthcare, construction or manufacturing will stand out
- A bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience. PMP or NetSuite certification (such as SuiteFoundation) would be an advantage but is not essential, and ERP experience from another platform will be considered with the ability to pick up NetSuite quickly
