About the role
We are recruiting for a manufacturing business who need a hands-on Epicor Kinetic Consultant/Developer to take ownership of the environment, stabilise the system, and unlock the value that Kinetic should be delivering.
You'll have the remit to challenge suppliers, diagnose root causes rather than apply temporary fixes, and shape how Kinetic is used day-to-day. If you're looking for a role where you can make a real impact, apply today.
Key Responsibilities
- Take hands-on ownership of the Epicor Kinetic Cloud environment, stabilising the system and working through the current backlog of issues, tasks and improvement projects
- Troubleshoot and diagnose system problems and identify root causes and implementing sustainable solutions
- Build and maintain BAQs, develop BPMs, and configure Kinetic to simplify user workflows and align the system more closely with manufacturing processes
- Design and support API-led integrations to connect Epicor with the wider systems landscape
- Improve user adoption through training, documentation and clearer processes
What We're Looking For
- Strong recent hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic, ideally supporting or improving an existing implementation in a manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to build BAQs and BPMs, configure and extend Kinetic, and troubleshoot complex system issues with a focus on root-cause analysis
- Solid understanding of manufacturing ERP processes across finance, sales, purchasing and production, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical Kinetic solutions
- Experience designing and supporting integrations using APIs, REST/OData services or tools such as Epicor Functions, Automation Studio, Workato or Power Automate
- A pragmatic, hands-on approach: someone who can investigate problems personally
- Experience with C#/.NET, SQL, Application Studio, SSRS, Power BI or multi-site manufacturing would be an advantage but is not essential
