About the role
We are recruiting for a growing end-user organisation in Denver that has been live on NetSuite for over two years and is now building out its internal support capability. As a NetSuite Support / AMS Analyst, you will provide day-to-day platform support to finance, operations and sales users, triaging incidents, resolving configuration questions, maintaining saved searches and reports, and delivering minor enhancements that keep the system aligned with evolving business needs. You will work closely with the NetSuite Administrator and report into the IT Manager, acting as the first line of technical support for a user base of around 80 people across finance, inventory, order management and CRM.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-line support for NetSuite users across financials, inventory, order management and CRM: log and triage incidents, troubleshoot errors, and resolve configuration and workflow questions within agreed SLAs
- Maintain and enhance saved searches, reports, dashboards and KPIs in response to business requests, ensuring accuracy and performance
- Deliver minor configuration changes such as custom fields, forms, roles, permissions, workflow adjustments and CSV imports, following internal change control procedures
- Document solutions, maintain a knowledge base of common issues and resolutions, and contribute to user training materials and process documentation
- Act as liaison between end users and external NetSuite consultants or support partners for escalated issues, customisations and release planning
- Monitor system health, data quality and integration errors, and support month-end close activities by resolving blocking issues promptly
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on NetSuite experience in a support, administrator or analyst role (18 months minimum), with practical knowledge of core modules such as financials, inventory, order management or CRM
- A calm, methodical approach to troubleshooting: able to diagnose issues, ask the right questions and translate technical detail into language that business users understand
- Solid understanding of NetSuite configuration: saved searches, custom fields, forms, roles, workflows and CSV imports (SuiteScript experience would be an advantage but is not essential)
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset: someone who can provide stability, build trust with users and manage competing priorities during busy periods
- NetSuite certification such as SuiteFoundation or Administrator would be a plus rather than essential
