We are recruiting for a growing Odoo solution provider in Dallas, Texas who is expanding their consulting team to support increasing demand across the Southwest region. As an Odoo Functional Consultant, you'll work directly with mid-market clients to gather requirements, configure core modules across Manufacturing, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing and Accounting, and deliver end-to-end implementations that streamline operations and drive measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements through client workshops and stakeholder interviews, translating needs into effective Odoo configurations
• Configure and tailor Odoo modules including Manufacturing, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Accounting and CRM to align with client-specific workflows and business processes
• Deliver user training sessions and develop clear documentation to support adoption, build user confidence and ensure clients realise value from their investment
• Support data migration planning and validation, working with technical teams to ensure accuracy and completeness ahead of go-live
• Act as the primary functional point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, managing client expectations and providing post-go-live support during stabilisation
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, refine implementation methodologies and help mentor junior team members as the practice grows

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience implementing or supporting Odoo or a comparable ERP platform (such as NetSuite, Acumatica, SAP Business One or Dynamics 365) in a consulting or functional analyst role
• Strong working knowledge of at least two core Odoo modules such as Manufacturing, Inventory, Sales, Purchase or Accounting, and an understanding of how they integrate across the business
• Confidence facilitating requirements workshops, managing stakeholder conversations and explaining system functionality to non-technical audiences in a clear and approachable manner
• A collaborative mindset: someone who works well across functional and technical teams and enjoys solving problems alongside clients and developers
• Exposure to Odoo Studio, report customisation or light Python scripting would be an advantage but is not essential
• A calm, methodical approach to implementations and the ability to manage competing priorities during busy project phases
