About the role

We are recruiting for a growing Sage Intacct solution provider in Greater London who are expanding their project delivery capability to support an increasing pipeline of cloud finance implementations across the UK and internationally. As a Sage Intacct Project Manager, you'll lead client engagements from discovery through to go-live, managing scope and timelines, coordinating functional and technical resources, and acting as the trusted day-to-day contact for finance leaders undergoing transformation. You'll work across implementations spanning General Ledger, multi-entity consolidation, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Cash Management and integrations with CRM and third-party applications.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full lifecycle delivery of Sage Intacct implementation projects, ensuring scope, budget and timeline are controlled and stakeholder expectations are proactively managed
Act as the primary client contact throughout the engagement, building trusted relationships with CFOs, finance directors and operational stakeholders
Coordinate internal consulting resources and third-party integrators, ensuring workstreams remain aligned and deliverables meet quality and timing commitments
Deliver project governance including status reporting, change control, risk and issue management, and preparation of materials for steering committees and executive updates
Manage data migration planning and cutover activities, working closely with technical teams and client finance staff to ensure accuracy and business continuity
Support business development activities by contributing to scoping workshops, resource estimates and project planning for prospective clients

What We're Looking For

Commercial experience managing software implementation projects, ideally within Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Acumatica, Dynamics 365 Business Central or another cloud finance or ERP platform
Strong understanding of finance processes and typical implementation phases, including discovery, design, build, testing and go-live (familiarity with General Ledger, multi-entity consolidation, AP/AR or reporting modules would be an advantage but is not essential)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical detail for non-technical audiences and maintain confidence during challenging phases
A calm, methodical approach to managing complexity: someone who can provide stability and inspire confidence when priorities shift or unexpected issues arise
Familiarity with project management frameworks and tools such as Prince2, Agile, Waterfall or PMP (certification would be a plus rather than essential)
A consultative mindset and a genuine interest in helping clients achieve better finance operations through technology
