SAP Business One Functional Consultant — Greater London / Hybrid
Location: Greater London (hybrid — typically 2–3 days on client site or in the London office, with a comfortable commute from across the capital and Home Counties)
Salary: £55,000 – £70,000 DOE + bonus + benefits

About the role
We are working with a well-established SAP Business One implementation partner that is expanding its consulting team across the South East. This is an opportunity for an experienced SAP B1 Functional Consultant to take ownership of end-to-end implementations for ambitious mid-market clients, guiding them from initial blueprint through configuration, go-live and hypercare. You will be the trusted advisor who translates business processes into clean, well-configured SAP Business One solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements-gathering workshops and process-mapping sessions
- Configure SAP Business One across core finance, sales, purchasing and logistics modules
- Deliver user training and documentation
- Support data migration, testing and go-live activities
- Troubleshoot issues during hypercare
- Work closely with technical developers on customisations, queries and Crystal Reports
- Keep client communication clear and confident, managing expectations across multiple concurrent projects
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on SAP Business One implementation experience
- Strong functional knowledge across finance and logistics
- Familiarity with Crystal Reports
- Exposure to SAP Business One SDK, B1if integration framework, SQL or SAP HANA (HANA experience highly valued)
- Sector experience in manufacturing, wholesale/distribution or retail
- Track record of owning full project lifecycles
