About the role
We are working with a growing manufacturer and distributor in the vaping industry seeking an experienced BPA Integration Analyst to join their expanding IT team. As the business has grown through acquisitions and new customer requirements, they need an additional specialist to develop and maintain their Business Process Automation environment. You'll be responsible for designing and delivering automation workflows that connect their ERP system, e-commerce platforms (Magento, Shopify), Salesforce, and third-party applications, reducing manual tasks and improving data flow across accounting, supply chain and other business functions. This is a hands-on, technically focused role where you'll analyse processes, build integrations, and work cross-functionally to translate operational requirements into practical automated solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business processes across accounting, supply chain and other functions to identify opportunities for automation and integration
- Design, implement and maintain BPA workflows that reduce manual tasks, improve operational efficiency and support business growth
- Develop integrations between ERP systems, e-commerce platforms (Magento, Shopify), Salesforce and third-party applications using REST APIs and other integration methods
- Monitor, troubleshoot and optimise automation workflows and integrations to ensure reliable performance in a high-pressure environment
- Work with various teams across the business to translate operational requirements into practical automated solutions that meet changing priorities
- Maintain clear documentation of workflows, integrations and automation processes, and provide user training and support to ensure smooth adoption
What We're Looking For
- At least 2–3 years of hands-on BPA experience with advanced workflow development skills and the ability to design complete automation solutions
- Experience working with ERP systems, ideally SAP Business One, with a good understanding of how they integrate with other platforms
- Strong API integration experience including REST APIs, with the ability to connect multiple platforms reliably
- SQL and database knowledge for troubleshooting, data analysis and supporting integration workflows
- Someone who is agile and adaptable, comfortable with constantly changing priorities and able to investigate and solve problems independently in a high-pressure environment
- Experience with Salesforce and e-commerce platforms would be an advantage but is not essential
- Manufacturing or distribution sector background would be ideal but is not essential
- UK-based with the unrestricted right to work in the UK
