About the role
We are working with a growing manufacturing organisation seeking an experienced BPA Integration Analyst to develop and expand their Business Process Automation environment. You'll be responsible for designing and delivering automation workflows that connect SAP Business One, e-commerce platforms and third-party applications, reducing manual tasks and improving data flow across the business. This is a hands-on role where you'll analyse processes, build integrations, and work closely with internal teams to translate operational requirements into practical automated solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for automation and integration across SAP Business One, e-commerce platforms and third-party applications
- Design, implement and maintain BPA workflows that reduce manual tasks and improve operational efficiency
- Build integrations between SAP Business One and external systems using REST APIs and other integration methods
- Work with internal teams to translate operational requirements into practical automated solutions that support business needs
- Monitor, troubleshoot and optimise existing workflows and integrations to ensure reliable performance
- Maintain clear documentation of workflows, integrations and system configurations to support ongoing improvements
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of hands-on BPA experience with advanced workflow development skills and the ability to design complete automation solutions
- Experience working with SAP Business One, with a good understanding of how it operates and integrates with other systems
- Strong API integration experience including REST APIs, with the ability to connect multiple platforms reliably
- SQL and database knowledge for troubleshooting, data analysis and supporting integration workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical approach to identifying automation opportunities and delivering solutions that work
- UK-based with the unrestricted right to work in the UK
