Location: Oxfordshire (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to £70,000 + £2,000 bonus
Job Type: Permanent
About the role
We are working with a fast-growing technology business in the enterprise solutions space who are investing in their NetSuite platform to support continued growth. As a NetSuite Developer / Administrator, you will take full ownership of the NetSuite environment, combining hands-on development with day-to-day administration to ensure the platform runs efficiently and continues to meet evolving business needs. You will work closely with internal teams across finance, operations and sales to deliver workflow improvements, reporting enhancements and integrations, acting as the go-to expert for all things NetSuite.
This is a dual-discipline role suited to someone who enjoys variety: one day you might be writing SuiteScript to automate a complex process, the next triaging user issues or building saved searches for the finance team. You will have genuine influence over how the platform evolves, the autonomy to shape technical standards, and the support of a collaborative, forward-thinking business. Due to the rural location, a driving licence and access to a vehicle is required. If you're looking for a role where you can make a real impact, apply today.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SuiteScript customisations to automate workflows, extend platform functionality and support business process improvements
- Manage system configuration including workflows, custom fields, forms, roles, permissions and system updates, ensuring platform stability and data integrity
- Build and maintain saved searches, reports and dashboards across finance, operations and sales, responding to reporting requirements and ensuring accuracy
- Support integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems, troubleshooting data flows and working with internal or external teams to resolve issues
- Provide day-to-day platform support: triage user queries, troubleshoot errors, optimise system performance and deliver training or documentation as needed
- Act as the internal NetSuite subject matter expert, advising stakeholders on best practice and guiding technical decision-making as the platform scales
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a NetSuite Developer or Administrator role with hands-on SuiteScript development skills and a solid understanding of core NetSuite functionality
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite configuration: workflows, saved searches, custom records, roles, forms and data management
- Practical experience with NetSuite reporting, data imports/exports and integrations (experience with middleware platforms would be an advantage but is not essential)
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset: someone who can juggle development work with operational support and communicate clearly with non-technical users
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle due to the rural office location
What's On Offer
- A competitive salary of up to £70,000 plus £2,000 bonus
- Hybrid working with flexibility to balance office and home working
- A strong benefits package including private medical cover, pension, life insurance and flexible working arrangements
- Genuine autonomy and ownership of the NetSuite platform, with the opportunity to shape technical direction as the business grows
- Structured career development support in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment
