About the role
We are recruiting for a growing Odoo partner in Charlotte, North Carolina who is expanding their consulting team to meet increasing demand for Odoo implementations across the Southeast. As an Odoo Functional Consultant, you'll work directly with clients to gather requirements, configure core modules and deliver end-to-end implementations that transform how mid-market organisations run their operations, with a particular focus on Manufacturing, Inventory, Sales and Accounting.
This is an opportunity to build deep expertise on a platform gaining strong traction across the US market, working with a diverse client base and a collaborative team that values knowledge sharing and professional growth. If you're looking for a role where you can make a real impact, apply today.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews, translating client needs into configured Odoo solutions
- Configure and customise Odoo modules including Manufacturing, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Accounting and CRM to meet specific business processes
- Deliver user training sessions and create documentation to support client adoption and build confidence across the organisation
- Support data migration activities, working with technical teams to ensure accuracy and completeness during go-live
- Act as the functional point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, managing client expectations and providing post-implementation support
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and help refine implementation methodologies as the practice grows
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience implementing or supporting Odoo or a comparable ERP platform in a consulting or functional role
- Strong understanding of at least two core modules such as Manufacturing, Inventory, Sales, Purchase or Accounting and how they integrate across the business
- Confidence facilitating workshops, gathering requirements and explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- A collaborative approach: someone who works well across teams and enjoys problem-solving alongside clients and developers
- Exposure to Odoo Studio, reporting tools or light customisation would be an advantage but is not essential
- A calm, methodical approach to implementations and the ability to manage multiple client priorities during busy periods
What's On Offer
- $75,000 – $95,000 depending on experience, plus performance bonus and benefits
- Hybrid working with flexibility around a Charlotte base
- Structured support towards Odoo certifications and ongoing training as the platform evolves
- A clear path to develop into senior consultant, solution architect or specialist roles
- Work with a supportive, knowledgeable team across a range of industries and implementation sizes
