About the role
We are recruiting for an established Odoo partner in the Pacific Northwest who is expanding their delivery team to support a growing pipeline of mid-market implementations across Washington State and beyond. As an Odoo Project Manager, you'll own the full project lifecycle for multiple concurrent Odoo rollouts, working closely with functional consultants, developers and client stakeholders to deliver on time, on budget and to specification.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple Odoo implementation projects from initiation through to go-live and handover, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards
- Act as the primary client contact throughout the project, building trust and managing expectations across stakeholder groups
- Coordinate internal delivery teams including functional consultants, technical developers and third-party integration specialists
- Identify and mitigate project risks, manage scope changes, and maintain clear documentation and status reporting
- Support pre-sales activities including scoping, estimation and proposal development for prospective clients
- Drive continuous improvement of delivery methodology and contribute to internal project templates and best practices
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing ERP implementation projects, ideally with exposure to Odoo or comparable open-source platforms
- Strong grasp of core ERP modules such as Accounting, Sales, Inventory, Purchase, Manufacturing or CRM and how they map to business processes
- Confidence managing client relationships, running workshops, and translating business needs into deliverable project plans
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira, Asana or Monday.com
- PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification would be a plus rather than essential
- A calm, methodical approach to problem-solving and the ability to provide stability and inspire confidence during high-pressure phases

- $95,000 – $125,000 depending on experience, plus performance bonus and benefits
