About the Role

We are partnering with an established Odoo implementation partner to find a Support / AMS Analyst who enjoys being the trusted first point of contact for a portfolio of live Odoo customers.

This position offers variety across multiple modules. Day-to-day work may involve configuration adjustments in Accounting, workflow questions in Inventory or Sales, or investigating customisation issues. The AMS team is expanding, presenting genuine career-building opportunities in support for a modern, fast-moving ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage ticket queues, triaging requests and setting customer expectations against agreed SLAs
  • Diagnose functional and light technical issues across core Odoo modules
  • Apply configuration changes and reproduce/document bugs for the development team
  • Write clear guidance to help customers maximise platform value
  • Identify recurring pain points and communicate them as improvement or upsell opportunities

What We're Looking For

Candidates should possess hands-on experience supporting or configuring Odoo or comparable ERP systems in customer-facing roles, with solid knowledge of core modules and business process mapping. Valued skills include:

  • Confidence configuring two or more modules (Accounting and Inventory especially valued)
  • Ability to read basic Python and XML to understand customisations
  • Experience with Odoo Studio, basic SQL, or AMS/service-desk backgrounds
  • Strong communication and methodical troubleshooting skills
  • Self-discipline managing busy queues
