About the role
We are recruiting for a growing Microsoft Dynamics partner in the Boston area who need a Project Manager to take ownership of Business Central implementations across their client base in manufacturing, distribution and professional services. You will manage projects from discovery and requirements gathering through to configuration, testing, go-live and handover to support, working with a team of functional consultants and developers to deliver on time, within budget and to the quality standards that retain clients and generate referrals. Your clients will be mid-market organisations implementing Business Central for the first time or upgrading from NAV, and you will be the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation and upgrade projects, including scope definition, resource planning, timeline management and budget tracking
- Act as the primary client contact throughout the project, facilitating workshops, steering meetings and status reporting to ensure stakeholders are aligned and informed
- Coordinate internal delivery teams including functional consultants, AL developers and support analysts, managing workload allocation and resolving resourcing conflicts as they arise
- Monitor project health, identify risks early and implement mitigation plans to keep delivery on track, escalating issues where appropriate and maintaining clear documentation
- Support the transition from project delivery to business-as-usual support, ensuring knowledge transfer is complete and clients are confident operating the system independently
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes, templates and estimation models based on lessons learned from completed projects
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing ERP implementation projects, ideally with Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics NAV or a comparable mid-market platform such as NetSuite or Sage Intacct
- A solid understanding of core Business Central functionality across financials, inventory, purchasing, sales and operations, or the ability to build this knowledge quickly as you work alongside functional specialists
- Strong organisational skills and the confidence to manage multiple stakeholders, balance competing priorities and maintain clarity under pressure
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2 or Sure Step would be an advantage but is not essential
- A calm, methodical approach to problem-solving and the temperament to provide stability and inspire confidence when projects encounter friction
- PMP, PRINCE2 or Microsoft Dynamics certification would be a plus rather than essential
