About the role
We are recruiting for an established SAP Business One partner in Greater Manchester looking for a Consultant to join their growing team. You'll be responsible for delivering SAP B1 implementations and enhancement projects to clients across a range of industries, working closely with technical specialists and fellow consultants to configure modules, lead requirements workshops, and provide ongoing support through go-live and beyond. This is a client-facing role where you'll build strong relationships, translate business needs into system solutions, and help organisations get the most from their ERP investment.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver SAP Business One implementation projects from requirements gathering and system design through to configuration, testing, go-live and post-implementation support
- Configure core SAP B1 modules including financials, sales, purchasing, inventory and production to meet client business processes and requirements
- Lead client workshops and discovery sessions, gathering requirements and translating them into effective system configurations and process improvements
- Support clients through UAT, training and change management activities, ensuring smooth adoption and building confidence in the new system
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing expectations, resolving issues and identifying opportunities for further enhancements
- Collaborate with technical consultants on integrations, customisations and reporting solutions to deliver complete end-to-end SAP B1 projects
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience delivering SAP Business One projects as a consultant, ideally in a partner or consultancy environment
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP Business One core modules such as financials, sales, purchasing and inventory, with the ability to configure the system to meet business requirements
- Confident client-facing skills with the ability to lead workshops, manage stakeholder expectations and build trusted relationships at different levels of an organisation
- A practical, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving, with the ability to balance client needs, system capabilities and project constraints effectively
- Experience with production, distribution or warehouse management modules would be an advantage but is not essential
- Someone who is collaborative, takes ownership of their work, and thrives in a team environment where knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement are valued
