About the role
We are working with an established manufacturer in Pennsylvania seeking an ERP Analyst to take ownership of its SAP Business One system and help employees get more from it. You'll work closely with colleagues across finance, manufacturing and senior management, acting as the in-house expert who understands their challenges, improves processes and turns business requirements into practical ERP solutions. This is a hands-on role where you'll support day-to-day queries, troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting and manufacturing processes.
With around 3–5 years of ERP experience and strong SQL and Crystal Reports skills, you'll bring a practical, people-focused approach to solving problems and making systems work better for the business. SAP Business One experience would be advantageous, but candidates with other ERP backgrounds will also be considered, with cross-training available. Key Responsibilities
- Support users with day-to-day ERP queries and troubleshoot system issues, acting as the first point of contact for SAP Business One
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting and manufacturing processes, translating user requirements into practical system improvements
- Create and maintain reports using SQL and Crystal Reports within a SAP B1 HANA environment
- Help employees make better use of existing ERP functionality through training, documentation and hands-on support
- Act as the initial contact for wider IT queries, coordinating with infrastructure and group IT teams where required
What We're Looking For
- Around 3–5 years of ERP support, analysis or implementation experience in any commercial ERP system
- Strong SQL and report-writing skills, including Crystal Reports or similar reporting tools
- An approachable manner and the ability to explain technical information clearly to colleagues from the factory floor through to senior leadership
- Confidence working across the business with a practical approach to solving problems and improving processes
- SAP Business One and HANA experience would be advantageous but is not essential – candidates with experience in other ERP systems will be considered, with cross-training available
- Manufacturing or production environment experience would be beneficial
