About the role
We are working with a leading NetSuite solution provider in Dallas who is expanding their project delivery team to support a strong pipeline of implementations across manufacturing, distribution and professional services clients. As a NetSuite Project Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of NetSuite implementation projects, working closely with clients, functional consultants, developers and third-party vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard. You will manage project plans, budgets and risks, facilitate workshops and steering meetings, and act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
This is a client-facing role suited to someone who combines technical understanding of NetSuite with strong stakeholder management and organisational skills. You will manage multiple projects concurrently, coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, and have the backing of a well-established partner with deep vertical expertise and a supportive internal culture. Key Responsibilities
- Manage NetSuite implementation projects from kickoff through to go-live and handover, defining scope, timelines, milestones and resource allocation in collaboration with clients and delivery teams
- Facilitate discovery workshops, requirements sessions and design sign-offs with client stakeholders, ensuring business needs are clearly documented and aligned to NetSuite capabilities
- Coordinate functional consultants, developers, data migration specialists and third-party integration partners, ensuring workstreams stay on track and dependencies are managed effectively
- Monitor project budgets, track time and expenses, manage change requests and escalate risks or issues to senior leadership and clients as appropriate
- Deliver regular status reporting to client executives and internal leadership, maintaining transparency on progress, milestones, risks and key decisions
- Support user acceptance testing, training delivery and cutover planning, ensuring clients are prepared for go-live and post-implementation support is clearly defined
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering ERP or NetSuite implementation projects, with a strong understanding of project lifecycles, methodologies and stakeholder management
- Solid grasp of NetSuite functionality across core modules such as financials, inventory, order management and CRM, with the ability to understand technical discussions and translate these for non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and a calm, methodical approach to managing competing priorities, tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders across client and delivery teams
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to chair meetings, manage client expectations and facilitate constructive discussions when challenges arise
- PMP, PRINCE2 or similar project management certification would be an advantage but is not essential; familiarity with Agile or SuiteSuccess methodologies is a plus
